Instructions for the Students Registered for attending the Convocation
- All the students who have Registered to attend the Convocation must wear either –
- White Kameez with White Churidar/ Salwar and Saffron Dupatta , or
- Saffron bordered White Saree and White Blouse.
- The students must carry with them their original Mark Sheet (6th Semester Mark Sheet for UG and 4th Semester Mark Sheet for PG) and a print copy of the Registration cum Invitation Card ( which they will be able to download after they have completed their online Registration), for attending the Convocation. No student will be allowed to attend the Convocation without these.
- The Gown is mandatory attire for attending the Convocation. On the Convocation day, students must report at 9:30 a.m. for collection of the Gown.
- Students are advised to check the website for allotment of rooms and Report accordingly for such collection.
- No Gowns will be issued after 10:30 a.m.
- No student will be allowed to enter the Auditorium after 10.59 a.m.
- Take the seat allotted to you.
- All must maintain strict discipline and silence while seated in the Auditorium.
- All must stand when the Academic Procession enters or leaves the Auditorium.
- No one will be allowed to leave the Auditorium before the Academic Procession has left after the Convocation is declared closed.
